Modifications

The SDA (Serial Data) and SCL (Serial Clock) are used to ship back and forward the data from one of the device connected on the I2C bus.

I2C devices/sensors can be daisy chained on the same bus. Each devices have an unique I2C address on the bus (7 bits address, value from 1 to 127).

Such way, the microcontroler can get in touch with the sensor over the I2C bus to send configuration data and query measurement results.
