The base board of the CanSat Kit V2 already includes the charging/discharging circuit as [[ENG-CANSAT-V2-PINOUT#Power|described in the "power section"]].

Just plug the Lipo battery into its connector then power the microcontroler board (via its USB connector).

The LED lit while the battery is charging. The LED turns off when the battery is fully charged.
