Ligne 41 : − First, connect the cobber power pins to the breadboard power rail. +5.0V from the cobbler goes to the red striped rail (red wire) and GND from the cobbler goes to the blue striped rail (black wire)+ − In order to send data to the LCD we are going to wire it up as follows+ − + − + − + − + − + − + − + − + − + − + − + − + − + − Then connect up the potentiometer, the left pin connects to ground (black wire) and the right pin connects to +5V (red wire)+ + +

Premièrement, connectez les broches d'alimentation du cobbler sur les rails d'alimentation du breadboard. +5.0V du cobbler est raccordé sur le rail marqué d'une ligne rouge (le fil rouge). Et la broche GND du cobbler est raccordé sur le rail marqué d'une ligne bleue (le fil noir)
Pour pouvoir envoyer des données sur le LCD, nous allons effectuer les raccordements comme suit:
* Pin #1 of the LCD goes to ground (black wire)
* Broche #1 du LCD raccordée sur la masse/Gnd/ground (fil noir)
* Pin #2 of the LCD goes to +5V (red wire)
* Broche #2 du LCD raccordée sur +5V (fil rouge)
* Pin #3 (Vo) connects to the middle of the potentiometer (orange wire)
* Broche #3 (Vo) raccordée sur la broche centrale du potentiomètre (fil orange)
* Pin #4 (RS) connects to the Cobber #25 (yellow wire)
* Broche #4 (RS) raccordée sur le Cobbler broche #25 (fil jaune)
* Pin #5 (RW) goes to ground (black wire)
* Broche #5 (RW) raccordée à la masse/Gnd/ground (fil noir)
* Pin #6 (EN) connects to cobber #24 (green wire)
* Broche #6 (EN) raccordée sur le Cobbler broche #24 (fil vert)
* Skip LCD Pins #7, #8, #9 and #10
* Sauter les broches #7, #8, #9 et #10 du LCD.
* Pin #11 (D4) connects to cobber #23 (blue wire)
* Broche #11 (D4) raccordée sur le Cobbler broche #23 (fil bleu)
* Pin #12 (D5) connects to cobber #17 (violet wire)
* Broche #12 (D5) raccordée sur le Cobbler broche #17 (fil violet)
* Pin #13 (D6) connects to cobber #21 (gray wire)
* Broche #13 (D6) raccordée sur le Cobbler broche #21 (fil gris)
* Pin #14 (D7) connects to cobber #22 (white wire)
* Broche #14 (D7) raccordée sur le Cobbler broche #22 (fil blanc)
* Pin #15 (LED +) goes to +5V (red wire)
* Broche #15 (LED +) raccordé sur +5V (fil rouge)
* Pin #16 (LED -) goes to ground (black wire)
* Broche #16 (LED -) Raccordée sur la masse/GND/Ground (fil noir)
Raccordez ensuite le potentiomètre comme suit:
* La broche gauche sur la masse/GND/ground (fil noir)
* La broche droite raccordée à +5V (fil rouge)
