Our products are compatible with a several software platforms - some of which are developed by our team, others are popular andd widespread platforms for automation systems developed by third party. When choosing the right software for your controller unit you need to clarify these questions:

=== Is the given software compatible with the control unit? ===
Software developed and provided by our team is compatible with all our products, but the development of other software platforms and ther compatibility with our products depend on the third party. If you are not sure, whether there is a full compatibility and support for all features of your products, you ma prefer our software.

=== To what extend is the software supported? ===
Third-party developers provide their own documentation, manuals and support for their software. If you cannot find solution for a problem, you may post your question on theri or our forum. For our software we provide manuals, documentation and full support over mail and forum.

=== Open source or proprietary software? ===
Open source software is maintained by the community, you can experiment with it and create unique projects and its source code freely edit and share. Commercial software does not provide such freedom but you can expect better support, user-friendliness and dynamic development.

=== What you going to use you controller unit for? ===
It greatly depends on the specific application you want to use our product in as each software offers slightly different features and functions. For commercial projects and industrial systems is suitable a software in accordance with IEC 61131-3. For Smart Home it is good to use platforms which focuses on such application and offers convenient functions and visually appealing interface. But most importantly it always depends on your individual needs.
