Wire the motors
In the sample here below, we did wire the motors of our 2 wheels robot kit, a robot chassis using two DC motors. You can use any kind of robot chassis as long it respect the max power supported by the L293 H-Bridge.
You can easily create a robot at almost no cost.
Here how we dit wire the motors on the motor-skin

Plug the Pyboard
Once the motors wired, we can place the other items like in this order:
- The PyBoard under the motor-skin
- The ultrasonic sensor (if available) in the front connector of the motor-skin (like showned on the picture).
Once assembled
When assembled, the motor chassis should look like this :
As you may notice, the batteries are not yet in place. So the motors are not yet powered. This is intentional to give us the time for programming the PyBoard. |
